In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your delivery the Instant Hedges may be returned if they are not what was ordered or have been damaged in transit, but agreement must be secured from Practicality Brown Ltd at hedge@pracbrown.co.uk before any return takes place.
Any issues regarding the delivery must be communicated immediately to hedge@pracbrown.co.uk. We require a photograph to be sent to us of the hedges and they should not be taken out of the hedge bags or planted. Assuming that we agree with the issue raised and you return plants in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery to you we will replace them or refund you in full. The hedges remain your responsibility until we receive them and in particular, they will need to remain properly hydrated. Under these circumstances we will arrange a suitable time to collect the pallets from you. Once the hedges have been received by us back here in Iver we will refund the cost of the hedges and the delivery cost back onto your credit card ASAP but no later than 30 days following your delivery date, provided that the hedges are received back here in the same condition as which they left.
If you have not notified us of a problem within 7 days of delivery, you are deemed to have accepted that the delivery has been satisfactory, and we have no further liability for them if they fail.
You may cancel your order without having to pay any penalty, up to 72 hours PRIOR TO THE AGREED DELIVERY DAY but agreement must be secured from us beforehand by emailing hedge@pracbrown.co.uk. Cancellation later than this may incur various costs depending upon the point at which the cancellation is made e.g. haulier cancellation and restocking charges as applicable. As the goods are perishable, we do not accept cancellation once the hedges have been dispatched to you, which in most cases will be the day prior to the agreed delivery day.
